A 6 kg model can be enough for one or two people. Families with children usually find 7-8 kg more convenient.

Spin speed around 1000-1200 rpm is enough for everyday use. Very high spin speed is not necessary for every fabric.

The useful modes matter more than the number of programs: quick wash, cotton, delicate fabrics and baby clothes are used most often.
